Ambassadors Light is our affiliate program for younger teams across the country -bringing the development principles, education, and structure of our advanced programs to players ages 9 through 12.

PREPARATION
STARTS Long Before 13U.
At Ambassadors Baseball, we intentionally do not form official teams until the 13U level. That’s when the game truly changes — the field gets bigger, the competition intensifies, and players with serious aspirations begin a more focused path.
But preparation for that journey starts much earlier. The right guidance — as early as 9 years old — can dramatically impact a player’s long-term growth, confidence, and understanding of the game.
Unfortunately, many young athletes spend these critical years focused on the wrong priorities, without clear direction. That’s why we created Ambassadors Light.
Help young athletes focus on what truly matters — while avoiding the distractions that slow development.
The Video Training Series (V.T.S.) is the
cornerstone of the program — a comprehensive
library of expert instruction with dedicated
content for players, coaches, and parents.
The same development methods used in our 13U and older programs — delivered as on-demand video instruction.
Skill development
Baseball IQ & strategy
Mindset Preparation
Long-tern Principles
Position-specific fundamentals, advanced game understanding, and the mental habits that separate developing players from drifting ones.
On-Demand Library

Year-Round Access
Parent-specific training helps families understand the development
journey — so support at home aligns with what’s happening on the
field.
Eight pillars of support designed to give players, coaches, and parents the same
alignment - so every voice is pulling in the same direction.
A proven framework that replaces guesswork with a clear path for every young player.
The same instructional library and methods used inside our 13U and older programs.
Character, confidence, and conviction developed alongside the fundamentals of the game.
A roadmap that aligns short-term work with the years that truly matter in development.
Educational resources and ongoing guidance so coaches lead with clarity and consistency.
Devotional content and ministry resources for players, coaches, and parents.
Mentorship pairings and Cooperstown tryout opportunities at our annual conventions.
Clear guidance for parents on what truly drives growth — and what is just noise.
Our mission is to help young athletes grow in six areas — because the ultimate
goal isn’t simply building better baseball players. It’s helping develop strong young
men prepared for life both on and off the field.
Ambassadors Light is more than a program — it’s a system. Every step from enrollment through ongoing support is designed to give teams clarity, structure, and a proven path forward.

A comprehensive library of expert instruction covering skill development, strategy, and mindset. It gives players, coaches, and parents access to the same development methods used in our 13U and older programs.
The program includes tailored content for players (skill development and game understanding), coaches (how to implement our training standards), and parents (clarity on what truly matters in development).
Each player receives an Ambassadors Baseball helmet sticker and arm patch — markers of their connection to the program and a sense of pride, identity, and belonging within a larger development community.
No. Teams maintain their own identity. The program enhances what you already do — it doesn’t replace it. The patches and stickers simply signal your connection to the program.
Yes. Players already understand our expectations, training methods, and philosophy — giving them a clear head start when transitioning to 13U.
Coaches must commit to our development standards by leading their team according to our proven principles. Teams also pay a per-player fee, which provides access to our resources, training, and support.
The program costs $100 per player per year. This includes access to the V.T.S., patches, stickers, devotionals, monthly ministry content, and ongoing guidance.
The fee is paid by the coach at enrollment. There is a 10-player minimum per team.
All 11U and 12U players in Ambassadors Light are eligible to try out at our annual conventions in Florida and Arizona each March. These events provide exposure, instruction, and an opportunity to earn a roster spot.

Yes. Ambassadors Light is built on Judeo-Christian values, emphasizing character, mindset, and faith alongside baseball development.

Most players don’t fall short because of effort — they fall short because of direction. Here’s how we think about the questions parents ask before they ever fill out a form.
Ambassadors Light helps young players focus on the right things early, so they don’t waste years chasing the wrong priorities. It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing what actually matters.
When players improve, understand the game, and feel confident, they enjoy it more. We don’t add pressure — we remove confusion.
Ambassadors Light gives coaches a clear system to follow, so players don’t suffer from guesswork or inconsistency. It levels the playing field for teams that want to do things the right way.
Talent alone isn’t enough. Without the right development plan, players plateau. This program gives your team a proven roadmap, not just more reps.
Everything in Ambassadors Light is designed to be practical, focused, and aligned with long-term development. It’s not about more information — it’s about better direction.
Private instruction can help, but without a clear plan, progress is inconsistent. Ambassadors Light connects skills, mindset, and development into one unified approach.
If it saves even one year of wasted development, it’s worth far more. Most families spend thousands chasing improvement without clarity — this program gives you a roadmap at a fraction of the cost.
Even a short experience helps players, parents, and coaches better understand what truly matters in development — and what doesn’t.
Limited Affiliate Opportunities
The most important years of development are often the most overlooked. Ambassadors Light exists to help young players build the right habits, mindset, and direction before the game truly accelerates at the 13U level.
